The Holocaust Garden of Hope at King’s Harbor in Kingwood, Texas, is a world-class outdoor exhibit located on the banks of Lake Houston was envisioned by a local Holocaust Survivor Alex Pollak, and founded by Rozalie Jerome. Rozalie Jerome is a second-generation survivor whose parents were rescued by courageous Christians.

The Garden exhibits were written by Dr. Susanna Kokkonen, an international Holocaust scholar, author, and speaker who worked for 10 years at Yad Vashem, the World Holocaust Remembrance Center, the ultimate source for Holocaust education, documentation, and research.

Through archival material from leading Holocaust institutions and personal collections around the world, the exhibits show-case individual stories of children and youth in war-torn Europe. Tailor-made art, sculptures, and videos make the garden a unique cultural and educational site.
