Bad Axes will open in a 3,021-square-foot space between Sharky’s and Chimichurri’s, overlooking the shore of Lake Houston. The axe-throwing establishment was founded and is owned by three minority women, all of which are veterans and middle school teachers. Distinguishing itself from other axe-throwing venues, Bad Axes offers "bad axe" drinks and top-tier food for Kingwood residents and visitors to enjoy. With views of Lake Houston, the outdoor patio sets the tone for relaxing happy hours while the eight indoor axe-throwing lanes create the perfect environment for friendly competition and family excursions. Bad Axes is slated to open in October 2023.
